Elizabeth Rawlings is a dark-haired dame that is well worth knowing about. Sure, with that said, there isn’t that much known about her at all, but she was a sexy siren from the seventies and late-sixties who gave worthwhile performances even though her career was rather short-lived. Elizabeth looks almost exactly like a British baroness of the same name, but I assure you that they are not the same person. What a controversy that would have been! Instead, this little known actress had a one-and-done movie debut that happened to double as her nude debut. She plays Beth in the very grimy indie horror film Night of the Bloody Transplant (1970) that is a notable film for showing REAL footage of a heart transplant. This is a gritty and gruesome film that is not for the squeamish. There are indeed several hot babes in the movie, but there is also some hard-to-watch blood and body horror. So be warned! Skingoria alert! That being said, Elizabeth’s scene is totally free from blood and guts. Hooray!
